Medusa is awesome! I took my kid into get her ears pierced and Medusa's attention to care and her kindness were top notch. Will be back again!

(1/3/26)My first time getting my eyebrow pierced and tongue pierced at first I was nervous but they were very welcoming and the pain was a 2/10 but I will not lie it was a bit of problem with the apprentice they were nervous and shaking a lot putting on my jewelry for my eye and tongue messed up on both my tongue starting bleeding a lot and my eyebrow piercing is swollen a bit. I just wanna say I think it’s good he’s learning but he still needs more practice on fake dummy’s before he get to people with respect. Overall I love my piercing 100% would do it again and my sister love hers as well thank you rebel ink! (1/4/26) I just went back they were so nice and welcoming to redo my piercing and I love the second one much better! I love rebel ink! I can’t wait to get my tattoos done there as well :)

I got both ears and my nipple pierced by Kash and she was so so welcoming and did such a good job with all the piercings. 10/10 would do it again with her!

The people are amazing! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she is stunning with her red hair and friendly personality she put my daughter at ease when we took her in for her first piercing. My daughter relaxed and was able to pierce her nose calmly. They even took care of the after piercing anxiety. Great team of people!

I took my 15 year old daughter who has been wanting to pierce her nose for quite some time now. The staff greeted us and was very friendly Kasha was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the entire process to my daughter and walking her through as she did the piercing. I am definitely going back for work I need completed.
