Got my eyebrow pierced by Angely. She was very kind and patient. Eyebrow piercings suck and hurt a lot in my opinion, but she did an incredible job, had a swift hand and got it done quickly, and it had no blood or immediate swelling at all. Incredible job, and she made certain that I had all the aftercare info. Very attentive and responsible. I called beforehand and whoever it was that spoke to me on the phone was very helpful and friendly as well. It was a bit on the pricier end of the scale but nothing egregious and still within industry standard. I had a good experience, thank you everyone.

I had such a wonderful experience with Medusa! I came in because my nose piercing had been stuck for quite some time, and I was honestly worried it wouldn’t come out. She was so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. She safely removed the stuck jewelry, helped reopen the piercing from the inside, and inserted a new one without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. I can’t thank her enough and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Medusa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring piercer!
